Kumar's Dosa Bar and Farm

A Taste of India in the Devon countryside

Kumar's Dosa Bar and Farm sells authentic South Indian food at various markets and festivals in Devon and Cornwall.

In June 2015 we purchased 20 acres of grassland and woodland in Bratton Clovelly, Devon. The farm will be run alongside the cooking business, providing our own lamb and soon a small veg patch for potatoes, onions and garlic.

We have a small flock of rare breed Llanwenog ewes, originally from Wales. Eventually we would like to expand our grazing land and have 200 ewes. See blog for latest adventures.

Why buy from Kumar's Dosa Bar?

  • Home cooked, locally sourced
  • Lamb from our farm
  • Sustainable farming methods
  • Increasing farm wildlife diversity
  • Rare breed Llanwenog sheep
"Thank you again for the delicious dosa we had today with the side dahl and coconut! SO GOOD! Cannot wait for next time we see you."
